Waub's Bay Cottage, Bicheno, Tasmania

Waub's Bay Cottage is a fully self-contained 3 bedroom accommodation that sleeps 6 people very comfortably. Facing North Easterly, the cottage is warmed by the East Coast sunshine all day long. Waub's Bay Cottage offers clean and comfortable holiday accommodation, ideal for families or a group of friends. Don't leave your pet at home as Waub's Bay Cottage is one of the very few "dog friendly" places in Bicheno.

If the outdoors is more your style:

Waub's Bay is perfect for swimming, diving, snorkelling, fishing off the rocks or just sunbaking on the pristine white sandy beach. It is also where Bicheno's Foreshore Footway is located.

Walking North, it is a 1/2 hour gentle stroll towards Redbill Beach, famous for its beach and great surf. At low tide, you can walk across the sandbar to Diamond Island, a Fairy Penguin rookery.

South of the walking track, you may stroll along the beach and beautiful red granite rocks around Peggy's Point towards The Gulch, a fishing boat anchorage, overlooking Governor's Island. Continuing on the track you will find yourself at The Blowhole, famous for the Rocking Rock. It is an 80 tonne solid granite rock which has been gently rocking with the waves for centuries.
